As one of the most successful and innovative staffing companies in Germany, we are currently seeking several full-time plant operators (m/f/d) for our renowned client in 64293 Darmstadt


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing production and batches, including prechecking the conditions for up to 2 parallel production lines
  • Operating production equipment with process control technology according to predetermined parameters such as equipment installation, manufacturing, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Handling raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products
  • Ensuring compliance with quality requirements (ISO, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, Halal)
  • Recording key performance indicators (e.g. OEE)
  • Monitoring equipment and infrastructure
  • Checking compliance with quality, yield, and batch duration requirements
  • Troubleshooting and creating reports.
