SERVICE ASSISTANT (M/F/D) JOB DESCRIPTION


As a communicative center, you are the first point of contact for our customers and the heart of our car dealership.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers in person and over the phone
  • Scheduling appointments for consultations
  • Providing information on vehicle status
  • Supporting colleagues in the service department
  • Managing payments and explaining invoices
  • Handling organizational and administrative tasks
A background in business administration would be beneficial, but is not mandatory. We are always open to hearing from career changers.


POSITION TYPE:
