- Time management skills Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist new and existing residents with daily inquiries.
- Create logins for new residents and update vehicle information
- Answers and routes incoming phone calls.
- Reviews and distributes mail and packages
- Ensures confidentiality, maintains restrictive access to sensitive information, and monitors workload by setting appropriate deadlines.
- Assists as an internal resource to CAMs, Residents, or the Board of Directors on departmental and company procedures.
- Posts agendas, community events, committee updates, and manager requests to community bulletin boards.
- Responds to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge and understanding of Association Documents.
- Performs administrative duties associated with researching payments, accepting payments, coordinating meetings, and planning events.
- Education and Experience
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Office Experience 1-2 years – General computer skills, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills, and Knowledge of MS Office Suite
