You ensure the administration, development, and maintenance of sustainable and loyal relationships with business customers in our company.

You acquire new business customers and communicate on the same wavelength.

You support the management in positioning in the business customer segment.

You implement measures and customer actions for business customers.

You ensure efficient and good cooperation with colleagues in the market.

Negotiations for purchasing our range of products on the online marketplace, as well as product findings.

Key interface between our customers and partners.

Identification of recurring customer problems and development of corresponding solutions to improve the customer experience for our online presence.

Support in defining processes, standards, and guidelines in the customer service area of our online presence
