We are looking for someone who:

Enjoys sales
Can inspire and motivate people
Thrives in a young team
Has experience in field sales or B2C sales
Has a driver's license and preferably their own car
Can take responsibility for their own clients
Can achieve defined sales and performance goals
Has an open personality you thrive on acquiring new customers, even if not every attempt is successful
Has excellent communication skills
Is structured and goaloriented in their work
Has negotiation skills, assertiveness, and presentation skills
Is fluent in German, both written and spoken
