Job Description:


Duties:


The selected candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing malfunctions on various systems of the M2A3 and M3A3 vehicles, including the Hull, Turret, communications, armaments, Blue Force Trackers, and future upgrade systems.


They will also be responsible for maintaining records of repairs, inspections, and tests and ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance/Quality Control standards.


The ideal candidate will promote and teach quality as a means for product improvement and efficiency, in accordance with applicable Army Regulations and Technical Manuals.


They will also be responsible for developing and implementing standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, in line with customer guidance and regulatory requirements.


Safety will be a top priority, and the candidate will be expected to maintain a safe work environment and promote a safety culture.


Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate daily time sheets and manning reports, meeting installation access and security requirements, and possessing a thorough knowledge of the M2A3's digital electronics and special Test, Measurement, Diagnostic, and Equipment.


Experience Requirements:


  • Minimum of 11 years of specialized experience inspecting and/or performing maintenance on M2A2, M2A3, M3A3, and related system upgrades
  • Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting malfunctions on all systems of the M2A3 and M3A3,
