    The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting
    • Exceptional software skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-filing
    • Amazing communication abilities and unparalleled organizational skills
    • Outstanding references and a professional demeanor

    Key Qualifications

    • 2+ years of litigation experience with a proactive attitude
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional assistance to both attorneys and clients
    • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with attorneys, colleagues, and clients
    • Capacity to handle multiple cases simultaneously with precision and meticulous attention to detail
    • Proficiency in managing legal files, drafting and reviewing documents, coordinating court dates, and conducting research to support case preparation
    • Mastery of MS Word and the Office suite
    • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory
