    Join Our Team as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal!

    The prestigious law firm of Massey, Stotser & Nichols, PC is on the lookout for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a legal assistant or paralegal. In this role, you'll be supporting a senior attorney, interacting with clients, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the attorney.     As part of your responsibilities, you'll be involved in:

    • Managing and organizing case files
    • Preparing legal documents and correspondence
    • Scheduling meetings and appointments
    • Handling electronic filings
    • Entering financial data
    • Other tasks as needed

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Paralegal experience with knowledge of Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure
    • Basic understanding of corporate law
    • Educational background in law or a related field, or equivalent work experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
