Pay:

The Shift Leader is a Team Member who has the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop.

They help direct and train Team Members, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM.

This role is a perfect starting point for those who show a management mindset and would like to learn more about Leadership in the Wingstop system.
