The Amazon Community Impact (ACI) team is seeking an experienced Product Manager who is extraordinary at understanding customer needs and delivering products at scale.

You will drive community impact by inspecting, designing, and launching programs and products that motivate and enable Amazon employees to volunteer in communities where they live and work.

Key job responsibilities

Work backwards from volunteers, community ambassadors, and business leaders within the North America region to define and deliver localized solutions that meet unique needs.
Establish and nurture hightrust relationships with internal customers and crossfunctional partner teams to uncover pain points and gain alignment on product vision and priorities.
Evangelize the adoption of program initiatives and be curious about new approaches that expand program reach.
Drive a cadence of customer touchpoints to collect insights, launch and promote program initiatives, and guide product implementation.
Manage a roadmap that prioritizes highimpact product improvements/features while insisting on the highest standards. Use databased lessons learned and customer insights to make tradeoffs and serve as an endtoend project manager for new resource launches.
Create closed loop mechanisms for reporting success metrics and status updates to key stakeholders.
