    Description
    We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing expert to lead our marketing department.

    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing marketing strategies and teams.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and increase brand visibility.

    Oversee all aspects of the marketing department, including branding, advertising, and promotionsManage a marketing budget of $1 million or more per month, ensuring optimal allocation of market trends and customer insights to drive innovative marketing strategies.

    Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
    Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior digital marketing role.
    Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and digital platforms.
    Hands-on experience with digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
