Market Area Manager (m/f/d)

You are an entrepreneurial thinking and acting leader, characterized by a results-oriented approach, assertiveness and above-average commitment. You have excellent organizational and coordination skills and manage the advisory centers and associated branches under profitability and risk aspects.

  • are responsible for the team of individual and private customer advisors and service employees
  • ensure with your team a qualified consultation for the assigned individual and private customers and offer all services as the first point of contact on site
  • ensure a high quality of consultation and service and a functioning organization of the branch
  • acquire new customers with your team and independently, identify potentials
  • take responsibility for the results and risks of the branches in the market area and manage the business according to our business strategy and sales guidelines
  • lead your assigned employees and develop, support and promote them as a cooperative coach within the framework of our leadership guidelines and instruments
