We are currently seeking a Patent Paralegal (m/f/d) for our prestigious client in the heart of Munich, to be directly placed in a permanent position. Our client, a patent and law firm with offices in Berlin and Munich, is looking to expand their friendly team in Munich.

Your responsibilities:

Contact with clients
Management of national and international patent portfolios, including deadline management
Correspondence with patent offices and law firms in Germany and abroad
General administrative tasks
File and document management

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as a Patent Paralegal (m/f/d)
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Friendly, openminded, and a team player
Organized and detailoriented
