Dodge 'Stammhaus Schwendi is seeking a candidate for the following position: * Optimization of a test bench for research and development purposes, in order to perform semi-automated endurance tests on new heat pumps.

* The test bench is used to test heat pumps under real operating conditions and to verify new hardware and software in long-term operation.

* Creation of an electrical circuit diagram of the system as well as other documentation (user manual, etc.).

* Development of software using Simatic S7-1200 TIA to control valves and pumps with various selectable control variables (return and supply temperatures, flow rate, etc.).

* Creation of modules for communication between the test bench and the heat pumps. * Development of options for programming characteristic maps.


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Further education as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering or automation technology.
  • Completed apprenticeship or degree in a relevant field.
