We are looking for an assistant (m/f/d) in part-time or as a working student, who will support our sales team and management in acquiring new customers and developing the company.


As a Junior Sales & CEO Assistant (m/f/d), you will work closely with our sales experts and the CEO to actively shape the success of the company.

Your responsibilities will not only include sales activities, but also tasks in the areas of company development, team building, finances, and fulfillment.


Responsibilities:

  • You support the sales team in acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
  • You assist the management in developing the company and take on tasks in team building, finances, and fulfillment.
  • You are in close communication with sales experts and the management and independently implement measures.
  • You identify potential new customers that fit our target group profile.
  • You create new and optimize existing campaigns.
  • You coordinate meetings and appointments and maintain our CRM.
  • You create proposals and presentations for potential customers.
  • You help to further optimize our existing sales and company processes.

Qualifications:

  • You are a career changer, currently studying, or looking for a parttime position.
  • Advantageous: You already have experience with outreach campaigns, LinkedIn, and Hubspot.
  • You have an analytical understanding of data, can recognize connections, and derive recommendations for action.
  • You are proficient in using Google Workspace apps.
  • You have a basic understanding of marketing and ecommerce.
