    Responsibilities:
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and mentor team members for collaboration, career growth, and fostering a sense of ownership.
    • Provide ISSO support for USAID Business Service systems following NIST RMF guidelines.
    • Conduct continuous monitoring support, SA&A activities, and ensure FISMA compliance.
    • Develop and manage System Security Plans (SSPs) and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
    • Integrate Risk Management Framework into the USAID SDLC framework as per NIST guidelines.
    • Participate in NIST RMF activities for FISMA compliance and work with audit teams.
    • Identify and improve security controls and documentation to meet requirements.
    • Collaborate on application-level SA&A documentation updates and FISMA inventory.
    • Determine system access, privileges, and provide security training.
    • Lead Disaster Recovery testing and ISO Management Plan development.
    • Maintain a robust IT cybersecurity practice across the program.
    • Ensure compliance with IT Security policies and procedures.
    • Support new technology transitions and provide penetration testing services.
    • Conduct vulnerability scans and address security system vulnerabilities.
    • Coordinate and resolve findings from penetration tests.
    • Qualifications:
    • U.S. Citizen
    • Active SECRET or ability to obtain SECRET Clearance.
    • Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience or master's degree with 5 years; PhD with 0 - 2 years.
    • Hold Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
    • Experience in developing Federal or DoD Information Security Programs.
    • Ability to apply security measures effectively based on operational concepts.
    • Proficiency in risk analysis and assessment incorporating unique operational constraints.
    • Experience in Security Control Assessments following NIST 800 guide series.
    Target Salary Range: $86,000 - $138,000. This salary range is based on experience and other factors.
