    Soni Resources' client is seeking an

    Applications Engineer Per the client, this is a flexible

    hybrid

    role requiring on-site days in Los Angeles, CA.

    In this role, you'll play a key role in the Technology & Information Services team, collaborating with attorneys and staff to ensure they have the tools they need to succeed.

    You'll lead project teams in researching, designing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise applications, both on-premises and in the cloud. You'll also act as a subject matter expert, providing in-depth analysis and guidance on legal technology solutions.


    Responsibilities:
    Partner with stakeholders across the firm to understand and address technology needs
    Design and implement software solutions for various legal functions, including document generation, research, billing, and case analysis
    Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency for legal professionals and administrative departments
    Install, maintain, and upgrade software for all firm users
    Recommend standards for firm software and desktop configurations
    Monitor and optimize supported platforms for peak performance and system availability


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
    Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with a strong background in enterprise applications
    Proven experience installing, supporting, and upgrading back-end databases and multi-user software applications (7+ years preferred)
    In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows Enterprise, Windows Server, Office Suite)
    Strong understanding of legal industry applications (Intapp suite, iManage, etc.) and relational database administration
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    Compensation:
    $115,000-$140,000 annually
    Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications .
