Job Summary
The Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to acutely and/or chronically ill patients in their homes, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or designated supervisor. Duties include recording clinical notes, coordinating patient care activities, and following state regulations and agency policies. Join us and make a difference in patients' lives!

License Requirements
Must have current LPN licensure in the state of practice. Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and CPR certification are essential.
Experience Requirements
Previous home care experience is preferred.

Current LPN licensure in LA without restrictions. Minimum one year of LPN experience.
