Job Summary:
The Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse will deliver direct nursing care, maintain clinical records, and coordinate patient care services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality patient care within the assigned service area.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
License Requirements:
Must hold a valid LPN licensure in the state of practice. Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and CPR certification are necessary for this role.
Experience Requirements:
