This position is located at one of our Metro Detroit clinics, which are located in Canton, Birmingham, Dearborn, Novi, and Troy.
In this position you will be in charge of the day-to-day supervision and results of the clinic which includes:
Sales and Results
Coaching and Developing Staff
Marketing & Cultivating Clientele
Planning & Executing Events
Performing Consultations
Scheduling Clients & Staff
Providing an Exceptional Client Service Experience
Mentoring, coaching, and developing a team
To qualify for this opportunity, you need the following:
Two or more years of sales experience in the Cosmetic, Plastic Surgery, or Spa Industries.
Proven leadership skills with a history of motivating a team to meet or exceed sales goals.
Demonstrated communication, organization and problem solving skills.
Two or more years managing a successful sales team
