Silver Birch Living has 9 locations in Indiana with plans to expand to other states.

The Regional Director of Clinical Services provides hands-on support to his/her assigned communities, serves as a Mentor for Directors of Nursing & Wellness, provides training, provides oversight and leadership of QMA Insulin Administration Program, onboards new clinical leaders and fills Director of Nursing & Wellness roles when vacancy occurs.

The successful Regional Director of Clinical Services will be a seasoned clinician with a working knowledge of Indiana Rule 5, residential care regulations.

Experience with affordable assisted living communities is highly preferred.
Qualifications/Position Requirements

Two (2) or more years of experience in a regional clinical role
RN Licensed nurse in good standing in Indiana
Valid CPR, TB, and First Aid Certification
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance
Ability to travel up to 100%, including overnight travel
