    Centurion Health is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections.

    We are currently seeking a Primary Care Physician to serve as the full-time Site Medical Director at Farmington Correctional Center located in Farmington, Missouri.

    The Site Medical Director provides the clinical direction needed to meet the service delivery requirements of the assigned site(s). The Site Medical Director also provides direct clinical services for patients and clinical supervision for medical staff of assigned site(s) under the supervision of the Statewide Medical Director. The Site Medical Director will collaborate with Health Services Administrator at the site to ensure efficient and clinically appropriate medical services are provided, and will participate in various committees to include Continuous Quality Improvement, Infection Prevention and Control and Pharmacy and Therapeutics as requested.

    Qualifications
    • MD/DO
    • Board certified in primary care specialty
    • Active, unrestricted Missouri medical license
    • Active, unrestricted DEA
    • Missouri BNDD
    • Leadership/directorship experience preferred
    • Ability to pass credentialing and background check
    Available Shift
    • Day Shift
    • Monday-Friday
    • 40 hours per week
    • 4, 10-hour days or 5, 8-hour days - provider choice
    • No nights, holidays or weekends
    • Call is optional and PAID
