    TITLE: Design Consultant

    EXEMPTION: Full-time/Commission

    REPORTS TO: Sales Manager

    LOCATION: Richardson, TX

    SUMMARY OF POSITION:

    Responsible for representing the company's core beliefs and mission in every home throughout the DFW metroplex and surrounding area, while using a trained and proven system to one-call close deals. We are looking for a results-driven, competitive, and outgoing individual who will take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Learning and implementing the ReBath Sales System. This includes meeting with leads, determining their needs, presenting our products, overcoming objections, and closing the deal.

    · Must achieve company set closing rate goals.

    · Prepare all necessary documentation for the closing of a sale, including taking deposits on jobs.

    · Attend mandatory weekly sales meetings that include rigorous training and role playing.

    · Maintain a professional appearance while representing the company.

    · Possess ability to perform basic math skills.

    · Basic Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for pricing.

    · Ability to work in a self-directed way, while maintaining a coachable and positive attitude.

    · Must be goal oriented.

    · Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

    · Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

    · Manage vehicle maintenance, sample cases, documentation, and time.

    · No sales experience necessary.

    · Organization skills are a plus.

    · Must be able to work under time deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

    · Must be able to safely lift and easily maneuver items frequently weighing up to 50 pounds.

    · High school diploma or GED certificate

    · Dependable transportation, valid driver's license/insurance.

    · Ability to pass a background check
