Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Location: Düsseldorf

Employment Type: Full-time

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at Paloma Creek South, a company specializing in modular timber construction. As part of our motivated team of industry experts, you will use your expertise to support our clients and contribute to the success of our company.

Your Responsibilities

First point of contact for clients and internal departments
Maintaining relationships with existing clients
Identifying individual customer needs and requirements
Conducting sales campaigns, including follow-up calls
Monitoring market and competition trends
Researching bidding portals, particularly IBAU
Communicating information to Sales Director and Field Sales team
Maintaining CRM system (SALESFORCE)
Managing document management system
Preparing quotes in collaboration with the Estimating and Field Sales departments
Following up on quotes
Assisting with contract negotiations (depending on experience and qualifications)
Creating weekly and monthly reports for management and accounting
