Competent support for our IT team

Your tasks

Support: Processing, research, resolution, and documentation of support requests from our diverse software landscape using the helpdesk system
Ensuring stable application operations through proactive and reactive measures
Participation in current and exciting IT projects

Your profile

Completed training as an IT specialist or relevant work experience in application support
Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems
Structured, goal-oriented approach to problem solving
Cooperation and teamwork skills
Enjoyment in providing friendly and competent support to our employees
