New perspective for real estate professionals or technicians

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Real Estate Manager (m/f/d) or Technician (m/f/d) for the Technical Processing Department

Your tasks:

You represent our cooperative for our residential complexes and are the first point of contact for our members and contractors. Your tasks include, among others:

Implementation of maintenance and individual modernization measures, maintenance or other construction services, obtaining quotes, commissioning, controlling and monitoring external companies, as well as invoicing and invoice processing

Processing of apartment handovers and safety obligations

Assessment of the technical condition of apartments and residential complexes

Control of costs, deadlines and execution quality

Service-oriented support for our members in technical matters

Contact person for members and companies regarding maintenance and troubleshooting

Processing of all related correspondence, including digital archiving and data entry
