    Description

    Under general supervision, is responsible for performing routine clerical duties and customer service activities, and marketing to assist the Dean of the Learning Center.

    Hours will vary depending on office needs.

    This position will remain open until filled. For best consideration, application and supporting documentation should be submitted by May 5, 2024.


    • Answer phones and greet visitors
    • Accept payment and register students.
    • Collate and distribute mail.
    • Prepare communications such as; memos, emails, invoices, and other correspondences.
    • Maintain the filing system.
    • Monitor office inventory and order supplies.
    • Work directly with instructors to make copies, maintain paperwork, etc.
    • Ability to implement standard office procedures/practices and able to operate office equipment.
    • Enforce campus policies under the direction of the Dean.
    • Maintain confidentiality.
    • Proofread publications and documents.
    Associates Degree

    Experience with data entry.

    Experience with Microsoft products.

    Strong organizational skills.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Previous successful experience in an office environment.

    Excellent interpersonal skills.
    Experience with Colleague System.
