As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our team.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on mental health services.
Proven track record of leadership and management in a healthcare setting, with demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve operational objectives.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to mental health treatment facilities.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to think strategically, analyze complex issues, and develop innovative solutions.
Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology platforms.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the mental health treatment facility, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize workflows and enhance patient experience.
Manage budgetary and financial activities, including forecasting, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies, to promote collaboration and resource sharing.
Monitor key performance indicators and outcomes data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and enhance organizational capabilities.
Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and frontline staff, communicating organizational goals, initiatives, and expectations effectively.

$90,000 - $110,000
