Your tasks:

  • You are the contact person for specialists, managers, employees, and trainees for all personnel-related issues
  • In your defined area of responsibility, you are responsible for independently handling all personnel matters as well as payroll accounting via SAP/HCM
  • You work closely with our works council

We expect:

  • A completed degree in business administration (Bachelor) or a completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably with additional qualifications as a personnel specialist
  • Professional experience in the personnel department of a hospital and good knowledge of labor, social security, and collective bargaining law (TVÖD) would be desirable
