Financial Accountant m/f/d in Queen City.Responsibilities
  • Booking and auditing of purchase invoices, declarations, and other expenses
  • Processing of debtor, creditor, and bank transactions
  • Ensuring optimal organization of administration and administrative processes
  • Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including tax returns at the end of each reporting period
  • Management of insurances, depreciations, and cash management
  • Performing other accounting tasks, such as investigating discrepancies and answering internal inquiries
  • Responsible for personnel and payroll accounting as well as contract management
  • Preparation of the annual financial statements for the report to be prepared by the auditors and/or tax advisors
  • Reporting directly to the management

Requirements

  • Professional experience in financial management of companies
  • Experience with ERP software such as Ridder IQ is advantageous
  • Excellent computer skills, including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Good command of the German language, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of English is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Completed training in the field of finance and accounting
