Full-time Lawyer (m/f/d)
for the Regulatory and Legal Department
in the Directorate
Compensation will be based on pay group 13 TVöD.
Your responsibilities:
- You will advise the departments on the impact of regulations, develop concepts, and support the departments in their implementation.
- You will participate in the creation of organizational guidelines, technical concepts, and process modeling. Here, you will work closely with our IT security officer, especially in defining guidelines and processes for the VAIT.
- You will review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including risk analysis and recommendations for action.
- You will prepare expert opinions and legal briefs on legal issues related to the fund.
Your profile:
- You have a solid legal background, demonstrated by relevant state exams.
- You have an interest in regulatory issues (including in an IT context).
- You have a sense for efficient handling of regulations.
- Knowledge of supplementary pension in the public sector and/or civil service pension
