We are seeking a driven leader to join our organization with a strong sense of purpose and enthusiasm. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers in our field. As a part of our team, you will handle a diverse client base of 2,000 businesses, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding our clientele through referrals and lead generation. Additionally, you will oversee a small team in executing these tasks, guiding and training them along the way. This role offers the opportunity for growth, with a clear path towards becoming an Agency Director as you master our systems and processes.

This position offers weekly compensation in the range of $70,000 to $85,000 for the first year on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Service existing client base
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B)
Supervise team activities and performance
Train and mentor new team members on established systems
Provide daily reports on field activities using our Salesforce-based CRM
Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Effective time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
Excellent supervisory and leadership qualities
Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment
Passion for assisting people and building relationships
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
Community-oriented mindset
Familiarity with CRMs, particularly Salesforce, is preferred

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are essential
Must have a clean background and personal transportation
Successful completion of a 45-day evaluation period prior to progression
