- Lead financial planning and analysis; build and enhance complex financial forecast models and analytical tools to support decision making.
- Provide financial decision-making to support to Rent. leadership team.
- Develop monthly forecasts, annual budget, and five-year plan for Rent. business.
- Drive alignment of FP&A's forecasting to SEC reporting, ensuring reporting accuracy.
- Provide insightful analysis and commentary to explain variances between actual and forecasted results and identify risks and opportunities.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and develop frameworks for key business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Influence business partners with facts and data and have the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.
- Make thoughtful judgment calls in ambiguous environments where data may be scarce.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with an emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
- Public company experience is a plus, preferably in e-commerce or online platform
- Bachelor's degree in finance or another STEM field
- Expert-level knowledge of Excel
- Advanced financial and modeling skills, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey analytical concepts clearly to peers and management
