- Inspect and repair company tools in both workshop and field settings, as well as conduct in-house calibration.
- Travel to customer sites and offshore locations to operate company tools on their specific applications.
- Record repair information in the system to generate service reports and track inventory usage.
- Prepare and customize toolboxes for company tool kits, which may involve painting and applying decals.
- Assist in packing and unpacking company booths and tools for trade shows.
- Maintain inventory records for repairs and support physical inventory counts.
- Handle phone inquiries and engage with customers to provide necessary support.
- Travel to customer sites and offshore locations for training, demonstrations, and sales support activities.
- Execute product conversions based on production orders.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- Able to climb ladders and scaffolding as required.
- Compliance with drug and substance use policies is mandatory to maintain employment.
- Must hold a valid driver's license.
- Should be capable of renting cars during business travels.
