    Premier Worldwide Marketing is the sales and marketing representation for Karisma Hotels & Resorts, which owns and operates a prestigious portfolio of luxury properties in stunning world-class destinations.

    Our brands include Margaritaville Island Reserve, Nickelodeon Hotels and Resorts, and Azul Beach Resorts, and more. Known for our innovative approach to hospitality, we provide exceptional experiences and unparalleled service to our guests. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Sr. Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategies and elevate our brand's digital presence.


    Job Summary:
    As the Sr.

    Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media marketing strategies to enhance our brand engagement and promote our luxury accommodations and services.

    You will lead our social media team, oversee all social media content, facilitate sales leads to our call center, and ensure our online presence supports and enhances our brand's prestige and growth objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness,engagement, and conversions across all platforms including but not limited to Facebook,Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok,and emerging platforms.


    Collaborate with marketing, PR, and operational teams to create cohesive andcompelling content that reflects our luxury branding and aligns with overall marketinggoals.


    Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and appropriately apply thatknowledge to increasing the use of social media at Karisma.

    Oversee the creation and management of social media content calendars, ensuringcontent is timely, relevant, and engaging.

    Lead the social media team in the creation and curation of all published content (images,video, written, and audio/podcast).

    Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

    Manage relationships with influencers, including negotiation and execution of contracts.

    Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.

    Develop and expand community outreach efforts.

    Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.

    Work with call center to track sales KPIs from inbound leads that are received fromsocial media channels


    Qualifications:


    At least 5 years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.

    Proficient in English and Spanish

    Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media efforts.

    Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digitalcampaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

    Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.

    Proficiency in using social media software (e.g. Sprout Social) to monitor social media conversations.

    Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational planning skills.

    Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapid changes in the digital landscape.

    Pay:
    $50, $75,000.00 per year
