Responsibilities:

Proactively suggest potential product improvements
Prepare designs for implementation
Work with our product and development team to design and improve our marketing platform's user experience
Advise the product team on further development and optimization
Develop design concepts based on requirements, your own experiences, and data
Take ownership of all user experience topics from idea to final concept

Requirements:

At least two years of experience in creating and implementing UI/UX design for mobile and web
Proficiency in visual design programs such as Figma and Photoshop
Experience creating user flows, wireframes, interaction design, and prototyping
Familiarity with agile environments
Interest in A/B testing designs to validate approaches with quantitative data
Team player with empathy, excellent social skills, and a willingness to collaborate with others
Knowledge of German is a plus, but
