The medium-sized TIB Chemicals AG is an internationally active provider of customized chemical solutions. For our controlling team, we are looking for a dedicated Senior Controller with a focus on production (m/f/d) to join our location in the south of Mannheim as soon as possible.

Your new exciting tasks :

  • As a qualified business partner, you will act between production, sales units, and management and report directly to the Commercial Manager
  • You will develop, utilize, and maintain a key figure-based, operational management system in the production areas and actively contribute to understanding the development of production costs through ad-hoc and deviation analyses
  • Close and proactive collaboration with production
  • You will initiate and actively support projects to increase efficiency or reduce costs along the production processes and also develop project and investment controlling
  • You will determine the technical capacities and resource requirements of our plants and continuously analyze our production processes with the aim of process optimization
  • You will support in the preparation of monthly and annual budgets and forecasts
  • You will participate in the introduction of IT systems to support controlling
