    VIRELLA is Seeking a Dynamic Leader

    Role Overview:

    • Manage and nurture our existing client base
    • Explore fresh business prospects, focusing on B2B connections
    • Oversee team performance and deliverables
    • Train and mentor new team members on established protocols
    • Provide daily updates on field operations using Salesforce CRM
    • Concentrate on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement

    Key Requirements:

    • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
    • Effective time management abilities and a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership qualities
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and assign when necessary
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful setting
    • Passion for aiding individuals and fostering connections
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-driven with a focus on goals
    • Active engagement in the community
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clear background check and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
