    Description

    WHITTINGHAM is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing passion and purpose to our 120-year-old organization. As a crucial member, you will be responsible for nurturing our existing client base of 2,000 businesses, while actively seeking new business opportunities through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will oversee a small team to undertake these tasks effectively. This position offers a weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service the current client portfolio
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and outcomes
    • Provide training on existing systems to new team members
    • Report daily field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
    • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
    • Effective supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Aptitude for task prioritization and delegation when necessary
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passion for aiding individuals and fostering connections
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement desire
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce knowledge preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day assessment period before progress
