    About HEI/SBH:

We are a dynamic and committed team dedicated to health equity and improving global health. Our small Boston-area office oversees financial management and fundraising for St. Boniface Hospital (SBH) located in southern Haiti, as well as a newly established family emergency program. SBH is run entirely by Haitian staff and reflects HEIs mission and values: we believe in local leadership, strong community partnerships, and that all people deserve high-quality, dignified health care. The mission of our family emergency program is to offer culturally sensitive support to homeless families from diverse backgrounds, both local and international. We provide essential tools and services aimed at fostering independence, ultimately helping families secure sustainable housing, employment, and financial stability. Together, we strive to build a united and empowered community.

HEI/SBH is committed to an equitable, non-discriminatory, and anti-racist approach in all components of our organizational structure and operations, including the job application process. We encourage you to apply, even if your professional experience does not check every single box. In your application materials, please feel free to speak to all experiences, skills, and educational certifications that you feel are relevant. We look forward to reviewing your application.
