We are looking for a female/male health care management assistant (m/f/d) to join our team in the Hammerschmiede and Herrenbach locations starting on January 1st, 2024 (or earlier).


Your day will look like this:

_Personnel management_

  • Processing formal procedures for new hires, trainees, and volunteers
  • General personnel management
  • Continuous maintenance of employee records
  • Organization of preventive measures and hiring examinations
  • Ensuring correspondence, statistics, and contract requests in the personnel department
  • Updating the training manager before and after training sessions
  • Entering and processing work records (working hours, sick leave, vacation, etc.)

_General office organization_

  • Filing according to file plan
  • Key management
  • Creating protocols

You bring with you:

  • You have completed training as a health care management assistant or have a background in the health care industry.
  • You have good computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook) and experience in billing for services in the outpatient sector.
  • You enjoy working independently
