Our 2 branches are located in the right bank area of Cologne.

Service Employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities

  • Service tasks, such as cash and noncash payment transactions
  • Information and routine tasks in customer service
  • Sales tasks in customer service with needsbased distribution of products defined for the customer segment
  • Active customer approach and, if necessary, referral to consultation
  • Recognizing customer needs
  • Implementation of current marketing and communication campaigns
  • Marketoriented administrative tasks
  • Consultation on domestic and foreign payment transactions within defined competencies
  • Information, advice and support for customers regarding the offered electronic banking services

Your qualifications

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You already have basic knowledge of financial services
  • You are team and customeroriented
  • You recognize the needs of our customers
  • You work in a structured and resultsoriented manner
  • You enjoy working with people and have friendly and professional manners.
