With 8,500 employees worldwide, we develop and produce complex metal and hybrid structures for body and chassis, which play a crucial role in providing optimal protection for all vehicle occupants in the event of a car accident.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the Research & Development team in current research and development projects for innovative joining and surface technologies
- Metallographic and mechanicaltechnological characterization of our innovatively manufactured assemblies made of steel and aluminum
- Preparation of micrographs, characterization of joining connections, and conducting destructive material tests

Your profile:
- Student of a technical field of study (e.g. mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, manufacturing technology, etc.)
- Willingness to work at least 15 hours per week at the Attendorn location (with the possibility of working before/after exams)
- Previous knowledge in material testing is desirable but not required (intensive training and supervision will be provided)
- Good MS Office skills.
