    Job Overview

    The Asset Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining a comprehensive record of all assets-related data and implementing, communicating, and maintaining IT Asset Management standards, processes, and procedures.

    Key responsibilities include asset discovery processes, ensuring accurate inventory, governance, and successful process execution.

    In this role, you will:

    • Responsible for creating, documenting, and maintaining IT asset management processes.
    • Track and report on hardware and software assets, assign ownership, and coordinate with onsite technicians on asset deployment.
    • Utilize client tools to track asset assignment and location accurately.
    • Receive, tag, and scan equipment for inventory and deployment.
    • Assist in equipment requests and deployments.
    • Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups across multiple locations.
    • Assist with equipment disposal and purchase order processes.
    • Support Security with hardware and software asset management.


    Requirements

    • Experience with IT Asset Management processes and tools.
    • Knowledge of MS Office Suite software and asset management systems.
    • Physical ability to lift and move equipment.
    • Ability to work in a medical environment following health precautions.
    • Ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively, and communicate effectively.
    • Must have an updated COVID-19 Vaccination.
