    Job Overview:

    We are seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to maintain accurate records of asset-related data, establish and enforce IT Asset Management standards, processes, and procedures, and oversee asset discovery processes for updated inventory and effective governance.

    In this role, you will:

    • Create, document, and uphold IT asset management processes.
    • Track and report on hardware and software assets, including ownership and location details.
    • Collaborate with onsite technicians to manage IT asset deployment.
    • Utilize client tools to track asset assignment accurately.
    • Receive and tag equipment for inventory maintenance.
    • Handle equipment requests and deployments efficiently.
    • Coordinate equipment deliveries and pick-ups across multiple locations.
    • Assist with equipment disposal and e-waste management.
    • Support Security requests for asset removal and reporting.
    • Perform additional responsibilities as required.
