With a diverse background in customer service and administrative roles, I have amassed a wealth of experience over the past decade. For 6 years, I worked as a customer service representative at the beloved Culver's restaurant chain, where I honed my skills in providing friendly, attentive service and deftly handling customer inquiries and concerns. I then transitioned to a role as a receptionist at Velazquez Mufflers, putting my organizational prowess and communication abilities to use in managing the front desk and coordinating with both customers and technicians. My versatility is further demonstrated by my time as a dishwasher at the popular Hokkaido restaurant, where I played a vital behind-the-scenes role in ensuring a smooth dining experience for patrons. Seeking to expand my skillset, I also served as a personal assistant at Rick's Auto for a year, juggling a wide array of administrative tasks with efficiency and discretion. Following that, I took on the position of customer representative at Chesterfield Awning Company, leveraging my customer service expertise to assist clients with their awning needs. And in my current role as a waitress at Commanders Restaurant, I continue to demonstrate my adaptability, multitasking abilities, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to every guest. Through this diverse professional journey, I have developed a well-rounded skill set, a keen understanding of customer needs, and a genuine passion for creating positive experiences - all of which make me a valuable asset in any customer-facing or administrative role.
 

Driven by an unwavering determination, the author is once again reapplying themselves with fervent focus and unwavering resolve to return to school. Though the twists and turns of life may have temporarily derailed their educational journey in the past, their spirit remains unbroken and their passion undiminished. As a true go-getter who refuses to be a quitter, they are now striving to reattend classes as soon as this August, intent on reviving their High School Equivalency (HSE) credential. Undaunted by any obstacles that may have arisen to impede their progress, they approach this new chapter with a renewed sense of purpose, ready to breathe life back into their academic aspirations.
