    Description

    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will work directly with the Hovr CEO to help the company facilitate sales to clients who wish to utilize Hovr to increase their conversions. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for pre-event preparation and prospecting, list-building of ideal customer profile, outreach to setup meetings while at the events, attending various events around the United States and some International, conducting outreach to potential customers, managing sales inquiries, and assist in follow up and closing deals.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Positive attitude (people ask you why you're always so happy)
    • Extremely detail oriented (you re-read emails multiple times because you don't want to make a mistake)
    • Comfort and strength picking up the phone to follow up with prospects (you still use your phone to call friends and family and enjoy speaking with people)
    • Strong documentation ability (you can listen for details and take very good notes)
    • Light experience in B2B sales and account management
    • Familiarity with marketing technologies and concepts
    • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
    • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • Experience with Hubspot CRM is a must
    • Ability and openness to receive any business task (flexibility in job scope)
    • MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL REGULARLY, 2-3 trips per month for 3-4 nights each.
