Assistant D2C Sales Manager to join our

As Assistant D2C Sales Manager, you will report to and work closely with the D2C Sales Manager to maximize the overall success of the D2C sales channel.

You will play in important role in overall sales operations for the company, helping to steer marketing efforts, campaign implementation, and lead flow, while coaching and developing selling best practices for the team.

Can you lead and motivate a team?
As the direct manager of the Sales Support team, you will facilitate team huddles, weekly team meetings, and product trainings as needed and will assist with interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and developing the D2C team. We are looking for a leader who can inspire the team to exceed expectations and deliver outstanding customer service and support.

Do you enjoy working cross-functionally
? You'll work closely with marketing and other departments to ensure successful implementation of campaigns and relay feedback from the field, funnel sales requests, and assist in the coordination of retail sales events and operations.

Are you customer-focused
? You will drive outstanding customer service by developing and implementing a comprehensive retail sales training and onboarding program. You will monitor and provide ongoing support to ensure sales representatives demonstrate product knowledge, selling expertise and excellence.

Are you organized and detail-oriented
? This role requires an ability to manage both the details and the big picture. Some of your day-to-day activities will include assisting with daily schedules and staffing needs/levels, assisting with ongoing Salesforce implementation and development, performing Live Chat management, and, when needed, staffing and attending both in-house and remote retail sales events.

WHAT YOU BRING
-
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, in addition to 5+ years' work experience in inside sales and 2+ years managing an inside sales team, including experience leading and training coaching sessions. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

High proficiency level in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word and MS Power Point.

CRM proficiency, specifically in MySQL and Salesforce.

:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization as well as strong ability to work in a team environment.

Consistently demonstrates enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward the organization, customers, and work in general, and exemplifies Masco/Watkins Enterprise Core Values and Leadership Profile.

Willingness and ability to host onsite customer demonstrations and travel occasionally to support sales events.

Willingness and ability to work 3 days in office & 2 days at home. Additional in office days may be required at times, including full time in-office during training period.
