Operations Manager (m/f/d)
in full-time for our branch in Temple City, CA.

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning and scheduling shifts and vacations for our employees
  • Managing and supporting assigned employees
  • Conducting job interviews
  • Ensuring compliance with labor and collective bargaining regulations
  • Organizing and implementing assignments
  • Taking responsibility for continuously improving the quality and results of assignments
  • Being the main point of contact for our clients

Your qualifications:

  • Ideally, several years of experience as a manager (e.g. site manager) in the security industry, with a minimum of a 34a GewO certification
  • Strong customer and service orientation, as well as a professional appearance
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Clean criminal record
