We are seeking an experienced Growth VP (M/F/d) to join one of our portfolio companies in Parkersburg, WV and drive its growth strategies in the US market.

In this role, you will be responsible for launching and expanding our portfolio company's platform in the US.

Join our portfolio company, a German EdTech company that provides students with access to a variety of digital learning materials and a platform for communication.

This fast-growing startup currently serves millions of students in several European countries.

As the Growth VP, you will:

Test various hypotheses and prioritize the needs of our users
Act as the main point of contact and build relationships with collaborators
Support EU functional teams in driving growth in the US market
Collaborate with all functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers
Make key hiring decisions for the US team

Your Profile:

Proven experience in launching a consumer business in a new market from scratch
Strong leadership skills and ability to work across different teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with the US education system, including state differences and important milestones
Analytical mindset and ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of local users and the business
Excellent communication and written skills in English

Please note that this position is for our US office and requires eligibility to work in the US.
